.@TfL LV25 ZBD C10 bus, clearly in service, destination Victoria just (2353) went straight past stop W (Waterloo Station York Road). Bus was not full. Unacceptable especially at this time of night.

Five people clearly hailed the bus although other tfl buses were parked up. This is a busy stop, driver should have slowed to check for passengers and did not.

How can we make it clear that we never want to see a crane on track? We lost Jules because of that mistake. What happened today is totally unacceptable!!!!! I hope this is the last time ever I see a crane on track!
