I don’t get the fighting between alternative history / archaeology communities & mainstream academia. Most of us came into this area after our educations, when we found interest in it later in life. I speak for myself here, but there are still questions & mysteries surrounding these subjects, & sometimes it takes outside thinkers to see things others have missed. To belittle & attack people just because they didn’t go to the right school, or have the right degrees is just another form of censorship. Bad ideas will die naturally, & there are plenty of those, yelling at them will just make those ideas seem more important than they actually are. There are things that will continue to make us scratch our heads, which will eventually lead us to right answers.
