New prototype of Starlite Diner (my current co-design with Jay Bucciarelli) is looking 🔥 and playing great! Real-time cooking + robots + space = ❤️ Plays 2-6, runs about 45 min and feels a lot faster :)
It’s been so long since I logged into this account that I realized I needed to update my bio— now mama to *five* awesome girls, not four! Can’t think of anything I’m more proud of, and I sure feel blessed by every one of my little ladies.
Spring. Everything is rainy and green and sunny and sparkly. Buds and new leaves everywhere, birds coming back to nest. Summer is golden but spring is so ALIVE. So good.

Abstract by my 3.5yo, I love it 😍 watching my kids express themselves through words, art, and movement has been one of the biggest thrills of my life :)
Sometimes in retrospect it’s not that you missed red flags, it’s that you ignored the absence of green ones.
Starlite Diner got a nice mention on Dicebreaker, along with some of the other Cardboard Edison finalists. I wish I could try all of these! Such a fun mix :)

I’m not saying I’m the Mommest Mom who ever Mommed, but I do call herbal tea “hairball tea” and say “bruh” to my teenagers just to watch them roll their eyes
Could not be more thrilled to be on this list with Starlite Diner! To be chosen as one of 14 finalists in a field of 339 games is crazy and humbling.
My co-designer Jay and I have put a ton of love in this game and can’t wait for more people to play it ❤️ Congrats to all!
We're very excited to announce the finalists for the 2024 Cardboard Edison Award! cardboardedison.com/award
New art by my oldest daughter, Sasha, who turns 17 this week. She’s starting to do some commissions (including board game work!) and I could not be more proud of or more blown away by her and how hard she works. 🥹😍
Knowledge = knowing that February is the shortest month of the year.
Wisdom = knowing that February is, in fact, by far the longest month of the year

#boardgame twitter, give me a picture of your pet and i will give them a very official board game industry award
Someone told me today (about our 4 girls) “all they need in life is good arithmetic and algebra skills.” And then someone else chimed in, “all they need in life is a good husband.”
And I just thought to myself, thank goodness I’m the one in charge of their education 😂
What song is currently driving you slowly insane as it plays on repeat inside your head? (25 characters is a ridiculous limit for these options, btw)
