As the financial situation is dire in Northern Ireland (it’s dire all over of course) we have donated 10k each to 5 different foodbanks to go some small way to help mitigate the growing food poverty situation in NI...
Wanted to say a massive thanks to all these charities for their incredible work in such difficult times.
Happy Christmas and happy holidays.
Peace everywhere, and love to you all. gL.x
As it’s likely that the cost of living crisis is at the top of most people’s minds this Christmas most of our donations, as they were earlier this year, are to food banks.
We all have someone (often more than one) that has been helped or indeed saved by them. @RCN_NI @RCNFoundation
Along with 10k to Charis Cancer Care Fund @CharisCare, which offers counselling and a wide variety of therapies for people with cancer and 10k to React @ReactCharity, which is a rapid effective assistance for children with potentially terminal illnesses
Like so many people we're horrified by what’s been happening recently in Ukraine. So we have donated to the Ukraine campaigns of @savechildrenuk, @WarChildUK, @BritishRedCross, @UNICEF and United Help Ukraine
So no one needs a heads up from us about donations but should anyone be trying to make a little sense of the process (it can be bewildering) and who to donate to, all these charities are working directly with all those affected by the war in Ukraine
No wars. Ever.
Peace.
Love and solidarity to all those in Ukraine right now and everyone impacted by the war.

Hi everyone,
This round of donations are for these 5 brilliant Northern Irish charities. They each get £10,000. I do hope you’re all having a great holiday season with family and friends but for those that might not be we hope these donations might help a little.
