MPFT Library offers support finding trustworthy online information about health condition to help you have more informed conversations with your clinical team. Both of our libraries, in Stafford and Shrewsbury, have leisure reading books available for staff and service users.

Don't forget that you can access eBooks, audiobooks and eMagazines from your local public library for free. Contact your local library to see which apps they use: gov.uk/local-library-service… Most are accessible on phones, tablets and laptops, so you don't need an e-reader!
