Had your first MenB vaccination 4 weeks ago? MenB vaccination is two doses, given at least 28 days apart. If it’s been 28 days since your first dose, you can now book your second. ➡️ nhs.uk/nhs-services/vaccinat…

I’ve been hibernating over Winter. Now I have the bit between my teeth over Booking.com, their terrible CS, & a refund. I have discovered, too late, that this isn’t an isolated issue. How are they allowed to keep trading? Threads incoming… #BookingComAreShit

Bought a cape from the charity shop. Adding some trim to the front, shortening it, & have added some welts so I can pop my hands out. Fucking love it

In Lincolnshire we start vaccinating in schools in Sept, & carry on till the last day of term in Dec. We make 2 visits to each school, offer clinic appts & still parents don’t consent, or expect to be able to take them to the GP. It’s an uphill battle. 😔
Flu cases have hit earlier than usual and are already three times higher than this time last year – with infections rising fastest among children. NHS teams have delivered 12.2 million flu vaccines so far to protect those most at risk. Read more ➡️ england.nhs.uk/2025/10/early…

In case you still have reservations about the MMR. No it doesn’t cause autism. That little statement was proven wrong and the Dr lost his licence. Have a look at the lasting side effects of measles, mumps, or rubella & decide which is best for your child.
Measles cases are rising in England. You can still ask your GP practice for the MMR (measles, mumps and rubella) vaccine if your child has missed either of their 2 doses. For more information ➡️ lincolnshire.icb.nhs.uk/chec…

HOWEVER, in order for the immune response to kick in, it needs to come into contact with the pathogen 🦠. The vaccines are a safe way of triggering the immune system. Letting your child catch the flu to fight the flu isn’t. That is putting everyone at risk

The variants of flu in the vaccine changes each year. Scientists follow the trend of flu that travels around the world and predicts which will be prevalent in the UK during winter. Giving the flu isn’t a great gift, so don’t give it.
