I started yesterday as the Program Director, Fellowship @tarbellcenter. I’m so excited to support journalists who will be shaping our understanding of AI at a crucial time. I would say I'll say more soon, but honestly, going 2 years without tweeting was great, so maybe I won't!

Some very overdue Personal (Professional) News: After 12 amazing years, I left @voxdotcom at the end of March. I didn’t say anything at the time because the thought of trying to sum up the 12 best years of my career — the majority of my adult life! — was too daunting.
I was also lucky enough to help out at @washingtonsun on contract for a few weeks — they're an incredible newsroom on the verge of something really exciting. Plus, I got to live my dream of annoying @Alex_Roarty on Slack.
