For ANY rules or regs, let alone financial regs, to pass in the Premier League a minimum of 14 teams have to vote for them. The Premier League is not a shadowy cabal, it is the clubs!
So even if 'the big six' were to club together, they would not hold a voting bloc or close to it.
But even leaving that aside, grouping 'the big six' is also nonsense, they do not all have shared interests. Suggesting self sustaining clubs like Arsenal, Spurs, United and Liverpool share common ground with Manchester City and Chelsea is nonsense. They do not and those clubs don't really get on anyway!
