Loving seeing #constitutionhill romp home on his flat debut on @itvracing Now what?
Very sad that after many years I can no longer offer charity pony rides at my village fete due to high insurance costs. It’s the best PR for horses yet no-one wants to help make it possible. Come on @AgriaPetUK @nfum @PetplanUK @Endsleigh @SEIB_Insurance this is an easy win!
The government are intent on ridding GP surgeries of the phone system in favour of online appointments but be careful what you wish for folks. It’s perplexing, time consuming, impersonal and you still end up with a month wait for a 2 minute phone consultation #nhscrisis

We have had quite a blow this morning when it appears that Palladium had got cast overnight and is quite sore this morning and we really can’t see how he can be fit to run in the JCB Triumph Hurdle.
This is dreadful news and an unfair shock for the Bamford family as we seriously thought we had an outstanding chance on Friday.
We are confident he will soon be able to resume training but he will require a few easy days. He would be back in time for Aintree but I think in all probability he will now return to his flat career. He is a very good looking and talented young horse with a great temperament and he has a really bright future under both codes.
Amazing champion hurdle @CheltenhamRaces for those not on the favourite. I backed the winner after hearing a lovely story from Golden Ace’s owner in @nickluck daily podcast.

Phone lockers are fine, but the difference between children on a bus to school with their smart phones & without is HUGE, they actually talk and look out of the window. Children have been kidnapped by big tech, a modern day pied piper, and we need to get them back.

Jonbon was imperious again today. He lands his 8th Grade 1 and wins back-to-back Tingle Creek Chases. A phenomenally professional performance. Well done to JP and all the team at home @sevenbarrows.
#phew West Ham say striker Michail Antonio is in a stable condition and "conscious and communicating" after a road accident.
Come on Wales!!!!! Off to the #euros for their first major tournament.

1st women’s footy game tonight and it’s great… affordable for family, no swearing (apart from someone who dropped her g&t) nobody stands up until the ball’s in the goal plus Mexican waves and twinkling phone lights. There was a ridiculous goal but it was fun and safe! #WALIRE
