if u have endo & forget how strong u are for literally just existing, make ur non uterus having friends try a tens machine. because why were they doubling over in pain at lvl 20 & then when i put it on it was like an average tuesday without meds ????🤦‍♀️

obv it was different like external shock vs internal cramp, also my muscles felt like they were being torn apart instead of crushed inwards?🤔 but the principle of how much endo ups ur pain tolerance is the same. i always forget until things like this put it into perspective
