i got liquidated on a prop firm for breaking rules i knew nothing of.
SI agents will make the same mistake. faster, and with your money.
so i built PropBox for the @PayBox hackathon.
a risk desk for agents trading on PayBox. every swap is checked against six rules before it reaches your wallet:
- balance check
- max trade size
- max position per token
- price impact
- SOL kept for fees
- exit check: it quotes the sell before you buy to make sure you don’t incur losses on selling.
break one, the trade gets blocked and no transaction is created.
built with claude… demo live.👇

What if the words you freely share are the ones quietly locking you in?
@freedznft is building an 8,888 art piece deflationary PFP collection on Ethereum where every character is an illusion made entirely of typography, no outlines, no shadows, just letters and words.

spent some time watching this great video by Levi and also reading the thread behind his video and finally decided to share my thoughts.
before i go in (pause), i agree with Levi on retention one hundred percent so with that said, lemme explain
all 5 agency founders are without a doubt correct on their different views
and personally i think there's not "one" specific things that makes crypto marketing fail generally.....it's always a mix of different things
but one specific thing causing crypto marketing to fail can be a reality if we look at different products/brands individually
→like mitchell said in the thread, messaging is a strong one
- you don't expect a team who's passing different messages on different channels (x, IG, medium, YouTube.etc) to succeed at that marketing campaign. In the end, there'll be lower conversion and trust, lower trust and even leave your audience confused asl
→ Juan also spoke about product which is true
- i've always been one to believe a mid or bad product with high marketing spend will drive insane attention and awareness to their product but inevitably retention would suprise you like santa Claus.
- The retention graph would show the cost of user acquisition that looks good is actually a major gap
- you'd think making $300k from a $100k marketing campaign is gud tek in yerms of revenue until you account for other costs like employees salary, API and all the technical costs, and so much more.
- A great product with high marketing spend would just make revenue flow like a river because retention is relatively easier when a great product is in the frame.
and i think that really should be the basis for crypto marketing
• "don't optimize for attention and acquisition, optimize for retention"
cuz in the end when the funds allocated for marketing that was gotten thanks to investors is exhausted, if retention wasn't the basis for that campaign then the truth will speak for itself and i think that's another problem with crypto marketing.
crypto marketing currently has its entire backbone built on incentives and i feel it can lead towards the psychological and behavioral sides of the users more.
that's why i'm currently running a "48.5 laws of retention" series to show how we can move away from incentives and more to a psychological and behavioral layer of marketing in the space.
i dropped all the laws early september in an article and recently started dropping articles explaining each law one by one and would be dropping law 2 later this week by God's grace.

excited to announce that i’ve joined @AntSeed as founding devrel! 🐜
i’ll be spearheading everything devrel + devEx.
back in january, i had a feeling local AI was going to be a big focus this year. so i spent a lot of time learning, building, experimenting, and doing cool shit around it.
joining antseed was a no-brainer.
antseed is building an open, peer-to-peer marketplace where anyone can buy and sell AI inference, without a middleman.
just like @AmosMeiri said, we're doing for AI inference what BitTorrent did for file sharing.
imagine running an AI model on your own hardware, making that compute available to others, and getting paid whenever they use it.
now imagine being on the other side, accessing that compute and getting AI inference at a fraction of the cost.
that's what we're building at antseed.
there's sooo much we're cooking, and i can't wait to share it all with you! 🐜
What BitTorrent did for files, we want to do for AI inference.
Antseed lets anyone buy and sell access to AI models, on their own terms.
The Antseed Foundation has raised $2.4M in a token round led by Spark Capital to help make that happen.

AI can read. It can write. It can even see.
But it still doesn't understand the real world.
@vangrid_io turns everyday phones into a spatial data network for Physical AI. Capture, reconstruct in 3D, verify onchain, get paid in USDC.
The grid is inevitable 🌐

Most of it hit in the last 12 hours, with BTC down 2.6% and ETH down 3.9%
On QuantPilot your strategy has its exit and its size written down before the first trade, and the backtest shows the worst drawdown it went through
