@AmericanAir I'm trying to a redeem a voucher you offered my husband and I after a horrible travel experience. You refused to give us a cash refund. Now nobody answers the phone to allow us to redeem the voucher. I waited 30 min on hold to be hung up on.

@royalmail @RoyalMailHelp I just spent an hour trying to get help from your call center and website and can’t get a person. You have a package shipped to me from the US and the street number is wrong. I need to change it. Why is it so difficult to speak to someone who can help?
