Gobshites don’t get that #Jaguar are aiming at a new market. Just as they didn’t when the reborn Triumph Motorcycles redesigned the Triumph logo at the end of the 90s. ‘Traditionalists’ hated the bikes too. But they sold strongly and 20 years on, the brand is still flourishing.
The Jag teaser campaign has already reached the 'gobshites suggesting what they should have done' stage. Amazing.

So, I've just spent a bit of time looking into the debate on IHT and farming. I... got a shock. First, a note: I have a friend who runs a family farm. In his view, the whole thing is a something and nothing. 🧵

Little Tommy Robinson has been publicly organising a march in London next week which will cause road closures and public nuisance. Looking forward to his 5 year sentence.

Russia blocked the speech of the Czech ambassador at the UN, let's make sure everybody can read it - here is the transcript and the link: @CzechMFA "Colleagues, First and foremost, on behalf of Czechia, I wish to express my profound sorrow and sadness at the attacks on Okhmatdyt Children's Hospital as well as on several maternity hospitals in Kyiv and across Ukraine, resulting in many dead and wounded. What happened yesterday is unconscionable. It is beyond the pale. Czechia condemns in the strongest terms the devastating attacks perpetrated by the Russian Federation. The horrific spectacle of relentless death and destruction caused by Russia’s blatant aggression reached a new dark chapter yesterday. Targeting small, innocent and sick children with hypersonic missiles is utterly shocking. Directing attacks against civilians and civilian objects is a war crime, and any such attacks are unacceptable and must end immediately. Regrettably, Russia continues to completely disregard international law as well as claims for durable and just peace. It is more than obvious that arguments such as “mistaken strike” or “Ukrainian air defence caused it” do not hold any ground here. Russian military must have known perfectly well what civilian targets they aimed at and what damage these strikes would cause. Colleagues, No matter what lies the Russian propagandists continue to spread, the simple truth remains: Putin’s Russia is the aggressor. The launching of this war of territorial aggression is Russia’s choice. The gross violation of the UN Charter and international law is Russia’s choice. The bombing of schools and hospitals is Russia’s choice. The killing of children and civilians is Russia’s choice. Let that sink in. Those responsible for this war must be held to account. Colleagues, Ukraine needs our support. Ukraine is defending its territorial integrity and fighting for its survival. I want to use this opportunity to reaffirm that Czech support for Ukraine remains unwavering. The international community must take concrete steps to end the war and support Ukraine’s sovereignty within its internationally recognised borders. Czechia is determined to work with all those who genuinely uphold the key principles of the UN Charter to bring an end to Russia’s aggression against Ukraine once and for all. Thank you. " Link: mzv.gov.cz/jnp/en/issues_and…

Muskler is controlling the narrative to please his paymaster Putler
For some reason, @elonmusk's X is now claiming the link to this article about Russia bombing a children's hospital is unsafe, because apparently it has "been identified by X or our partners as being potentially spammy or unsafe". Unsafe to who, Putin? 🤔

More than 1.8m acres have already burned across the Brazilian Pantanal this year alone in fires mostly started by cattle ranchers, as climate breakdown prolongs the dry season. The Pantanal is one of the most biodiverse places on Earth, and it's dying. theguardian.com/environment/…

Musk is evil
Elon Musk's Twitter/X is attempting to discourage people from viewing Bellingcat's open source investigation into the Russian missile strike on Okhmatdyt children's hospital by falsely claiming the "link my be unsafe".

Anyone know if Nigel Farage has congratulated his political hero, Putin, for bombing pregnant women, babies and kids with cancer whilst using precision missiles yesterday? Any comment @Nigel_Farage? You piece of shit.

What a surprise, Nigel Farage didn't show up to work today. Good luck Clacton. You get what you wish for #Reformgrifters
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
This is false. Nigel Farage, in his new role as MP for Clacton, has been in a meeting at Tendring District Council and on a walkabout meeting residents in Clacton. x.com/Nigel_Farage/s… x.com/nigel_farage/s… x.com/nigel_farage/s…

Putin doesn't need to "test our response" any more. He expects our response will be weak, and he wants the world to see how predictable we are. This is the moment to prove him wrong by giving Ukraine our best weapons and permission to hit military targets as deep as is necessary.

Sounds like the anti-fascist alliances have now won in both the UK and France, despite all Putin’s millions. We now need Starmer to make public Putin’s key role in securing the 2016 EU leave vote, and the nightmare will be over. Please repost if you would like Starmer to do that.

Please explain why those who want Britain to be 'Great Again' post photos like this, saying it was better back then - children playing in the street. Yet when a council recreates such scenes via an LTN, the same people freak out about 'freedom'. Maybe they're just selfish?
