I saw The Devils a few days ago. Masterpiece obviously. Why can’t we make movies that look like this anymore.
It’s been a really hard week but I called out of work and saw You Can See Everything at 10am and it was the best three hours of my life. Instantly the best of the year.
I watched that Resident Evil 7 short film and while well made it kind of proves that direct adaptations of something are largely pointless.
If A24 doesn’t put Tony on blu ray, I will be furious. Insane that they pick and choose what films get a disc. Death of a Unicorn makes the cut, but not SORRY BABY!?!?

Horror’s gotten more mainstream the past decade or so and now a lot of newcomers are having a bad time realizing it’s not all for them
I really hope this does well and sends a message that horror fans are burnt out on multiplayer games and want handcrafted stories to experience in our favorite scary worlds.
