๐ธ - Carlos Baleba is realizing he made the BIGGEST DOWNGRADE of his career.
He left Brighton, who are now 2nd in the Premier League with 6 consecutive wins.
Only to join a club sitting 13th in the table, WITHOUT A SINGLE WIN in their last 6 matches.

La Liga doesnโt have a team like this Brighton side. Prove me wrong, but I genuinely donโt see Real Madrid or Barcelona beating this Brighton team on a hot afternoon like this. These guys are TOO GOOD!

ยฃ46m seemed a lot for a teenage centre-back with no Premier League experience. In pursuing Luka Vuskovic, Brighton knew what they were doing. As usual. Masters of recruitment, got all that A-grade Jamestown Analytics data, all that experience, expertise and contacts to check on character. ย Vuskovic had excelled on loan from Spurs at Hamburg. Scoring as well as showing his defensive class.
So many attributes: distribution, aerial dominance, physique, strength in one-on-one duels, mindset, a natural leader. Still only 19, still occasional blips for the Croatian international (Bellingham ran off him to score in Dallas. 7-0 England in Rijeka), still developing but what a future in store. Vuskovic will get only better and better under the inspirational Fabian Hurzeler and in this super-positive Brighton team. Another win for Brighton, another Vuskovictory. On current form, ยฃ46m looks a bargain. Tony Bloom and Brighton have done it again. #BHAFCย #BHACRY

Brighton are flying right now and the Premier League is starting to take serious notice.
Under Fabian Hรผrzeler the Seagulls have been one of the most exciting and clinical sides in the division this season, blending sharp attacking football with a defensive steel that has been missing in previous campaigns.
Theyโve dismantled big names and lesser sides alike, scoring freely while keeping things tight at the back. The intensity, the organisation, and the confidence pouring through the squad are impossible to ignore.
Suddenly conversations that once felt unrealistic are being had: could Brighton actually mount a genuine title challenge? The gap to the top is still there, of course, but the performances are elite. If they keep this level of intensity, consistency and belief going, the Seagulls wonโt just be fighting for Europe โ theyโll be forcing everyone else to look over their shoulders.
This is no longer just a โnice story.โ Brighton are playing like contenders. Keep believing.
