.@British_Airways is such shite airline. There was no one to push my wheelchair in seattle. And a flight attendant on my return trip just told an elderly passenger he wouldn’t help her stow her carry on luggage. That’s all.

More than 2700 cases of syphilis in newborns. Absolute shameful state of sexual and reproductive health in America today. Let the Republicans put their money where there mouth is and fund maternal health for healthy babies.
More than 2.5 million cases of STIs were reported in 2021. Healthcare providers, it’s important to take sexual histories as part of routine health care, counsel patients, and follow treatment guidelines: bit.ly/2UN7Z9J. #STDReport

I hate the "America is divided" framing. Show polls because American's overwhelmingly support many policies (stricter gun laws for example. Abortion rights in another.) This framing is lame and unhelpful for an audience.

Seattle - can we find a better way to deal with our garbage? New townhomes without parking lack any storage for garbage which sit on the street all week, degrading the environment for everyone. Car light neighborhoods don't have to be dominated by garbage cans.

It's true that there are very few public restrooms in Seattle, but when @SeattleParks built this beautiful facility in Pratt Park it was vandalized and lit on fire. What's the solution?

And Level 5 - Starbucks in the next decade.

This is not entirely a good thing. Kenya already has better coffee and burger chains than Starbucks and McDonald’s.

There are obvious improvements in governance in Kenya over the last 15 years, and much interaction with the government is online with digital payment.

If you ever wonder what humanitarians mean by "access constraints", I present you a road in #Ituri, Democratic Republic of the Congo. In many crises in Central and West Africa, insecurity, bureaucratic impediments, and restrictive laws can be also considered access constraints.

There’s no design review here on Nairobi. And housing is increasingly abundant. Many buildings have issues. It’s not equitable, but would be arguably worse for everyone if rich people competed for existing housing.
