Visited @DonkeySanctuary in Sidmouth today. I've got week off, I sponsor a donkey called Zena. Such beautiful animals and the sanctuary is amazing. They are all so well cared for, the staff are lovely, and the food is amazing too. Well worth a visit if you are down this way 🥰 – at Lyme Regis, England

Today we remember Sgt Matt Ratana, of the @metpoliceuk , who was murdered on duty at Croydon Police Station in 2020. This morning we laid our floral tribute at our memorial to mark the 6th anniversary of his death.

I was having a clear out today, found my 2014 'Hillingdon Borough Commander's Commendation' presented to me for my 12 years as a Volunteer Appropriate Adult for the Met, when I lived up at Heathrow. Finally put it up on the wall, next to my TVP ones. Proud of my voluntary work. – at Chalgrove, England
When I went to see @alfiemoore last week I was lucky enough to get one of the promotional posters from the venue, even better Alfie kindly signed it for me. Got a frame for it today and put it up on my wall😊 cheers Alfie you're a STAR. Hope the tour is going well, safe travels – at Chalgrove, England
Thank you @alfiemoore for a fun couple of hours tonight @OldFireStation in my hometown of Oxford. Great to hear new material for the upcoming 10th series of his BBC Radio 4 show 'it's A Fair Cop'. Safe travels 💙
