Dogfooding a new inference as a service stack that just went live. After a few days, 752m tokens routed so far, across real workloads and model calls. LLM proxies get interesting once you stop testing the happy path and start pushing real traffic through routing, fallbacks, rate limits, usage metering, and provider failures.
