A runbook is only useful if it works under pressure. Keep recovery steps clear, commands tested, and escalation paths updated. Review it after every incident. Good documentation reduces guesswork when every minute matters.

Excited to finally share that we got to test OpenAI's new o1-pro model before its release. Using o1-pro, our in-house data query tool Jarvis saw a 6pp improvement in accuracy of handling complex prompts than the o3-mini-high model 🙌
o1-pro now available in API @benhylak @literallyhimmmm @shl @joshRnold @samgoodwin89 @byamadaro1013 @adonis_singh @alecvxyz @StonkyOli @gabrielchua @UltraRareAF @yukimasakiyu @theemao @curious_vii
It uses more compute than o1 to provide consistently better responses. Available to select developers on tiers 1–5. Supports vision, function calling, Structured Outputs, and works with the Responses and Batch APIs. With more compute, comes more cost: $150 / 1M input tokens and $600 / 1M output tokens.
