Being an Esports player and Content Creator together is the real grind.

Viper is a great talent, and we are always grateful. Viper managed his studies and gaming, and so did other teammates. Our results and stats speak for themselves and show how we went downhill after CDM S11 this year. The only time the whole team was in bootcamp was for a month. I prefer a team that stays in bootcamp before the tournament, if not full time, then at least for some time, where everyone puts in equal effort. Then, even if we lose, we have no regrets rather than making exceptions for certain cases. In my whole career, not a single team has played Stage 4 from home. On top of that, we had to start our schedule late in the evening because of this, resulting in fewer VODs and scrims, while most of the teams playing Stage 5 are sacrificing and working full time towards their dream. Stage 4 is so important for Worlds seeding. Yes, we are already doing badly. We did not qualify for the CDM LAN and then recently lost Regionals 0 to 4. We cannot afford to have regrets with the same team, which is why we had to make changes to make it fair for everyone. Half of the team is grinding full time, and we have nothing to lose at this point. One of the key reasons for this change is also the visa situation. Otherwise, we would never have changed Viper. Players with active US visas can travel to Mexico on arrival.

We lost Stage 4, 0–4 against GLRS. Kudos to GLRS for making sacrifices, putting in the time, leaving their home country, and finally getting the win they deserved. Those who work hard will always get the results they deserve⬇️
