How to Build a Web3 Project Roadmap 🧵 ➡️ A roadmap is a step-by-step plan that shows where a project, product, or organization is going and what it plans to achieve over time ➡️ A roadmap shouldn't exist just to impress investors. Its real purpose is to help the team know: "What are we doing next?" Here's a simple Guide on how to Build a Project Roadmap 👇 ➡️ STEP 1 — Define the outcome "What outcome should the website or platform create?" For example: "Enable users to understand the product and join the waitlist." ➡️ STEP 2 — Break the goal into milestones Big goals are difficult to manage. Break them down. Example: Goal: Launch MVP ➡️ Product design ➡️ Development ➡️ Testing ➡️ Community preparation ➡️ Launch ➡️ STEP 3 — Turn milestones into tasks Building MVP isn't a task. It's a project. Break it into actionable tasks. Example: ➡️ Create login page ➡️ Connect wallet ➡️ Build dashboard ➡️ Add course page ➡️ Test XP system ➡️ STEP 4 — Assign ownership Every important task needs an owner. Not: "Someone should handle this." ✅ Clear ownership creates accountability. ➡️ STEP 5 — Add deadlines Every task should have a realistic deadline. But don't create deadlines just because they look good. Your team needs enough time to actually execute. ➡️ STEP 6 — Track progress Use simple statuses: 🔴 Not started 🟡 In progress 🟢 Completed ⚠️ Blocked The goal is visibility. ➡️ STEP 7 — Review and adjust Roadmaps aren't written in stone. Things change. ✅ Users give feedback. ✅ Priorities change. ✅ Technical problems appear. A good roadmap adapts. ➡️ A good roadmap turns: "I think we're building something" into: "We know exactly what we're building next." Here's a little Tips on what to do when building a project's roadmap as a startup or Project manager Do well to Bookmark for further References

You don't need Web3 experience to get your first Web3 opportunity. You need something most beginners don't have (STRATEGY): Proof that you can contribute. Here's how to go from “I'm a Newbie” to actually getting your first opportunity Here's how to get started: ➡️ Stop waiting for job postings. Start looking for places where you can contribute: → Communities → DAOs → Open-source projects → Ambassador programs → Hackathons → Bounties 🤞Your first opportunity may not come from a job board. ➡️ Pick a skill. Don't say: «“I can do anything.”» Say: «“I'm learning community management or any skill you wanna Learn". ➡️ Build proof. Want to become a community manager? Create a community management strategy. ➡️ Contribute before asking. Find a project you genuinely like. Study the product. Join the community. Understand what they're building. Then identify something useful you can contribute. Value first and Opportunity often follows. ➡️ Network properly. Don't immediately DM: «“Sir, please give me a job.”» Instead: “I've been following your project and tell what you noticed noticed. then you go further to explaining or pitching in what you can actually do having spotted out the problems”. ➡️ Document your work. Your portfolio doesn't need to be Your portfolio should show: 👉 What you did 👉 Why you did it 👉 What you learned 👉 The result 🫵 Your journey can become your portfolio. ➡️ Your first Web3 opportunity may not be a full-time job. It could be: ✅ A bounty ✅ Contributor role ✅ Internship ✅ Community role ✅ Ambassador position ➡️ Don't underestimate small opportunities, They can become proof, relationships and experience. ➡️ Learn ➖ Practice ➖ Build proof ➖ Network ➖ Contribute ➖ Repeat. ➡️ Your first opportunity doesn't have to be perfect, What you need is strategy as jobber or Newbie. 🫵 What was your first opportunity in Web3? 👇

Cryptocurrency is a form of digital asset that uses cryptographic techniques and blockchain or similar distributed technologies to record and secure transactions. Unlike traditional money, many cryptocurrencies are designed to operate without a central authority controlling every transaction. How Does Cryptocurrency Work? When you send cryptocurrency, the transaction is recorded on its underlying network. A simplified process is: Wallet → Transaction → Network → Verification → Blockchain → Confirmation Your wallet uses cryptographic keys to authorize transactions. The blockchain records the transaction. The network verifies it according to its rules. What Makes Cryptocurrency Different? Cryptocurrencies can provide features such as: Digital ownership Peer-to-peer transfers Programmability Global accessibility Transparent transaction records Decentralized network operation However, cryptocurrencies can also involve significant risks, including price volatility, scams, technical vulnerabilities, and loss of private keys. Coin vs Token A cryptocurrency can broadly be referred to as a coin or token depending on how it operates. A coin generally operates on its own blockchain. A token generally exists on an existing blockchain. Key Takeaway Cryptocurrency is more than digital money. It represents a new way of creating, transferring, and interacting with digital assets.

Blockchain is a type of distributed ledger that allows information to be recorded and shared across a network of computers. Unlike a traditional database that is typically controlled by a single organization, a blockchain can distribute the responsibility for maintaining and verifying the ledger across multiple participants. Blockchain technology is one of the foundational technologies behind cryptocurrency and many Web3 applications. How Does a Blockchain Work? A simplified blockchain process looks like this: Transaction → Verification → Block → Consensus → Blockchain 1. A transaction is initiated A user creates an action on the network. For example, Alice sends cryptocurrency to Bob. 2. The transaction is broadcast The transaction is communicated to participants in the blockchain network. 3. The network verifies it Participants use the blockchain's rules and consensus mechanism to determine whether the transaction is valid. 4. Transactions are grouped into blocks Valid transactions can be organized into a block. 5. The block is added to the chain Once the network reaches the required consensus, the block is added to the existing blockchain. Each block references information from previous blocks, creating a chronological chain. Why Is Blockchain Important? Blockchain technology can allow multiple participants to maintain a shared record without requiring one organization to control the entire system. Potential applications include: - Cryptocurrency - Decentralized finance - NFTs - Supply-chain tracking - Digital identity - Tokenization - Gaming - Decentralized applications Key Takeaway Blockchain is not synonymous with cryptocurrency. Cryptocurrency is one application of blockchain technology.
