As reported last week 12-year-old Ronnie Wraith was struck by lightning on a football pitch whilst playing football. With 4 minutes left off the game to be played the unthinkable took place and Ronnie was struck to the chest by lightning! This resulted in a cardiac arrest and his heart stopping for a 30 minute period. He remains in an induced coma at Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge where he is receiving 24-hour care. A Go Fund Me has been set up by family for his ongoing treatment and rehabilitation. teamgrassroots.co.uk/ronnies…
