I've never heard anyone say it like molotov so that would suggest cove is the British pronunciation - but then again, how many times have I ever heard anyone say mauve! OED says US can be, roughly, either way (screenshot).

Day off; we went to see the Vivian Maier exhibition at MK Gallery. (US photographer who worked as a nanny and whose large photo archive was 'discovered' after her death.) Interesting show & nice for us to do something cultural for once! We liked the earlier photos best.
