I love it when my kids build multiple shelves full of books in @Minecraft and tell me they just built the perfect world for me.

Nothing like watching “Is It Cake” for two hours and subsequently doubting the true existence of every single thing around me

Today my mom told the kids that her first flight was the one she took to the US when she was 21, she wore high heels because it was so special, and on her layover in Tokyo, she tried cereal for the first time. My daughter was most alarmed by the cereal part.

There’s already so much judgment in the world, let’s have less of it by not giving it an extra “e.”

I find it amazing how nurses can tell you need to be distracted from the actual needle puncture and are so good at doing so even though you are a fully grown adult and should be able to handle this

My son’s science teacher is solo singing happy birthday to a couple of kids in the class and while my heart is melting, it is also realizing I will never have this much connection to what his school day is like ever again.

To all the working moms who can hear their tweens about to come into the room during Zoom calls but wave them off in a different direction with a hand signal — and without taking your eyes off the screen — you too are magical and still good moms.

Grateful that my kids are getting used to seeing Asian characters on @netflix kids’ shows, so much so that my daughter asked why there was only one Asian kid in the Goonies when that was literally mind blowing for me at her age.

My daughter’s teacher is spending her weekend driving to her students’ houses to deliver them all some fall goodness in the form of tiny pumpkins. Goodness will prevail. #educators #gratitude
