6. Stop exercising and start training. Training is progressively challenging yourself and getting better over time. It includes measurable goals and a lifestyle that supports your improvement. Exercise is just working up a sweat. Start training.

As far as I'm aware, it's one of the first open source TCA solutions (some existing solutions can cost hundreds of K + you have no access to source code)! Keen to see what the feedback is once folks download it.

Just gave a lecture on study techniques to a class of first generation college students. I chose to use maths as the demo subject (for personal reasons) and loved it! I saw about half of students taking notes and majority participated in joint exercises. :-D
