I don’t think this is gonna help Abdul El-Sayed bridge the gap between the black and arab communities
What it shows is, the divide is as bog as ever. As is the disrespect.
At least until men show up. Then habibi got real quiet.

We have to Unite and stop allowing Our Government to have so much power & control. We have no one to blame but Ourselves for allowing them to do as they please. There are way more of Us than them- start acting like it.

So I pay for the car. Pay to register the car. Pay to insure the car. Pay taxes on the fuel that goes IN the car… and now somebody looked at all that and said, ‘You know what would make this more fair? Charge his ass by the mile.’ 😂😂 Michigan, be serious!
State Sen. Veronica Klinefelt (D-Eastpointe), who chairs the Senate Transportation Appropriations Subcommittee, is exploring a road user charge—commonly called pay-per-mile—as a replacement for the state gas tax. The move comes as transportation revenue declines due to increasingly fuel-efficient vehicles and the growing prevalence of electric cars, which generate little to no gas tax revenue.

A Democratic Michigan state rep is torching her own party — and she's not holding back.
State Rep. Karen Whitsett ripped Democratic leadership for treating Black voters like a guaranteed voting bloc, comparing party leaders to "slave owners" and claiming far-left politicians are "more racist than the KKK."
Whitsett, who is not running for reelection, is urging her community to reject Abdul El-Sayed, the socialist-adjacent candidate whose campaign has drawn fire from Jewish Democrats and whose ally Hasan Piker once said "America deserved 9/11."
Whitsett says El-Sayed's values don't align with the Black community — or with common sense.

Unpopular opinion: you don’t always need to expose people who did you wrong. Sometimes the classiest, most faithful response is letting them keep the version of the story they needed to tell, while you step back and trust God to handle what’s out of your hands. As you quietly focus on building a life so beautiful anchored in His peace and purpose the truth no longer needs your defense. God is the ultimate defender of character, God is the greatest advocate and in His perfect timing, He has a way of bringing everything to light without you ever having to raise your voice.

101 years ago today, Dr. Ossian Sweet stood his ground.
A Detroit physician, husband and father, Dr. Sweet moved into a home in an all-white neighborhood and faced a violent mob simply because he dared to claim a place to call home. His courage and the landmark trial that followed became an important chapter in the fight for justice and equality in Detroit.
Today, his legacy continues to inspire.
Join the Dr. Ossian Sweet Foundation on September 12 at Dr. Sweet’s former home for a community day honoring his life, courage and the legacy he left for generations to come.
