After having read some docs on @DefiLlama and going through their universal-token rankings I came up with a basket Idea for @pear_protocol The tokens/coins are seperated into different categories based on metrics such as volume, fdv, token unlocks, transparency etc. So I longed some of the AA and shorted some of the BB tokens The strategy is called "Intra-industry Momentum Series" and offers less upside than simply longing the winners (Time Series Momentum Strategy), but in contrast experiences less max DD on average @agent_pear gave me a 0.42/0.58 beta ratio on 1d tf Ladder orders are in place: xitter.cf/NewEra_HL/status/21115โ€ฆ gPear
set the trap on baskets with @pear_protocol ladder orders very nice way to visualize this concept and how your orders will be split but but new era isnt that just a dca? no sire, sit down and learn -trigger is a price hit not just a time interval -dca/twap is on a fixed schedule, ladder orders are flexible and reacts to the market -capture pullbacks vs ignoring price movements app.pear.garden/trade?referrโ€ฆ

Current positions I have open on @pear_protocol Problem I am still working on is that my thesis/idea is often right, but takes more time to play out than expected. e.g. I was spot-on right with the direction $PONS was gonna take after it retraced like 0.4$ and after having seen @MuddyRC post comparing revenue from Pons vs Pumpfun, but still took a loss shorting it (xitter.cf/MuddyRC/status/2103781โ€ฆ) Therefore I often have a too close Stop-Loss because my position sizing is often too big for my personal preference Gonna try fixing it by now only putting in e.g. 1/5 of initial trade size at first and then gradually dca up into profit (ladder-orders as @hufhaus9 once posted are lit) =Will increase fees and worse the average entry, but in 99% of cases I will never top short or bottom long (xitter.cf/hufhaus9/status/209926โ€ฆ) @moritzpike told me this once, but it faded into memory, so working on implementing it ("sometimes I feel very confident in a mtf trade and enter just 15% of preferred size") Personally think is especially true with pair/basket trading where u dont necessarily have to care about the market, but rather about ideas playing out. which ofc takes time and the nerves to hold through volatility In a post @koolkrypto223 wrote: "My only advice is that you should probably be trading way less, and reading way more. DefiLlama pages, governance proposals, macro news, interviews with founders, community TG/Discords." (xitter.cf/koolkrypto223/status/2โ€ฆ) Personally doing this now more often and now looking more at token unlocks, revenue, tvl etc. and other metrics and papers I am still working on my algorithmic trading, especially on Time-Series-Momentum strategy and Cross-Sectional-Momentum strategy from Markowitz gPear P.S I think what the Romans did back then was pretty smart; copying the great stuff from other people (e.g. gladius, iron helmets, manipular system) and improving them. Same applies for life ๐Ÿง™โ€โ™‚๏ธ
PONS and STONK revenue is starting to decline while PUMP is slowly growing back up In the last 3 days: > robinhood:0x39dbed3a2bd333467115de45665cc57f813c4571 โˆ’30% > solana:6GmAFSYs4gk3FDao5FzzySQpPZaWsa4rUJHacpMpUNgx โˆ’25% > solana:pumpCmXqMfrsAkQ5r49WcJnRayYRqmXz6ae8H7H9Dfn +1% Going to keep watching the revenue numbers in the next few days If this trend holds we might start seeing capital rotating back into solana:pumpCmXqMfrsAkQ5r49WcJnRayYRqmXz6ae8H7H9Dfn

I've had 100+ people dm me asking for trading tips, what indicators I use, what "system" I use etc I wish so badly that there was some secret system or tool I could tell (or sell ๐Ÿ˜) you, but the real answer is extremely disappointing. On my @HyperliquidX account, I don't use special custom indicators. I don't set stop losses or have predefined R:R, I don't use automation or algos, I don't know what ICT stands for, I don't look at order flow, I don't have a 16 screen setup I spend all day looking at, I don't draw trendlines or do TA. This is pure discretionary click trading. I have the stock 2 moving averages and volume as my indicators. I trade off a laptop for probably an hour a day. I'm not long only but mostly longs and hedges for spot. I have a relatively low ratio of volume traded to PNL. My "system" is only trading less than a dozen coins I fundamentally and deeply understand. I research obsessively and only take trade setups where I think there's clear edge or informational asymmetry. I've staked 100,000 $HYPE since TGE for fee discounts. I only long coins that I think are fundamentally underpriced and would be happy to become a "community member" on. I set limit bids where I think loser ๐Ÿณ๏ธโ€๐ŸŒˆ๐Ÿป will panic sell them, and I set limit asks where I think suckers will fomo buy them. My "system" is probably less intricate or sophisticated than most of yours. My only advice is that you should probably be trading way less, and reading way more. DefiLlama pages, governance proposals, macro news, interviews with founders, community TG/Discords. You can't trade your way out of bad idea generation, but you can make up for poor execution with good ideas.

I've been crypto for a very long time. I've seen a lot of project come and go! But the team who just kept it heads down and kept building and shutting out all noise is definitely @pear_protocol Been using it since the beta phase and this is the only platform I trade on. 1STOPSHOP
As a long term user I can verify, @hufhaus9 and @ClBlockchain never stopped building, shipping and improving @pear_protocol. They deserve every success

Just found out that execution via maker-orders on @Lighter_xyz costs 0% fees and also doesn't have 300ms latency compared to taker-orders Might be useful for algo-trading

Listening to smarter traders always helpful for my pair-trades on @pear_protocol
long story short: I am long some $BTC / $MSTR into the MSCI decision, which is priced in as no bueno per polymarket, h/t @RunnerXBT for reminding me t.me/moritzpike

Big problem for onchain RWA's are funding rates in my opinion Dont think people with big money want to pay 10% yearly just to hold gold or 4% to simply to hold the S&P500
