Hey, @elonmusk, we have a Tesla Model X but we can’t really fit both parents and five kids, and the new SUV only has six seats. On behalf of those who are doing our best to repopulate the West, any chance Tesla can make a minivan or SUV with 7 or 8 seats?

Just a reminder. These people believe Christianity is ultimately about affirming creeds created hundreds of years after Jesus that contradict the Bible. When they say “Christian” they do not mean “A follower of the New Testament Jesus” they mean “someone who affirms certain post biblical creeds”
Christians have not recently been adept political thinkers. So, 2 things on this… 1) We should respect Mormons enough to be honest with them that, by their own self-identification, they are “not creedal Christians” (what Mormons THEMSELVES will say, bc they understand they disagree with many/most of the core doctrines of Christianity that are expressed in the earliest creeds) 2) Christians need to develop the ability to understand there are two overlapping but distinct realms: the church and the state (Jesus, 1 Peter, Augustine) Therefore, there will be some people that are on a DIFFERENT TEAM spiritually (not Christians), but on the SAME TEAM culturally (aligned in almost all political / cultural goals). If you don’t understand this, you will oppose people you should befriend in the political/cultural realm, and you will befriend people you should differentiate from in the church/spiritual realm.

I strongly support our military and believe military leaders have the best interests of service members of every faith in mind. Having Latter-day Saints serving in military leadership gives me confidence that leaders who understand our faith and the importance of religious liberty are part of these conversations. Members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints are Christians. We worship Jesus Christ, strive to follow His teachings, and His name is even in the name of our Church. Just last year, President Trump himself recognized Latter-day Saints as Christians. As we learn more about the reasoning behind this change, I look forward to having conversations that will ensure all service members receive the religious support and First Amendment protections they deserve.
The Office of the Secretary of War is announcing a significant change to the Department’s categorization of religious affiliation. In a long overdue move, we reduced the list from over 200 unmanageable categories to 31. With this move, we are returning to the original intent of collecting this data - to allow our chaplains and religious support personnel to provide the best spiritual care to our warfighters. This decrease in religious affiliation codes is not designed to make any claims on the legitimacy of any faith or religious belief, nor is it intended to provide a list of “officially approved” religions. Rather, it is designed to allow chaplains to quickly look at the religious composition of their units and determine how they structure resources to best provide for warfighters of all faith groups. The Department of War places a high value on the First Amendment and the free exercise of religion. Chaplains play an instrumental role in providing spiritual care and facilitating the Warfighters' ability to freely exercise their religion of choice, or no religion at all. With this new change, we believe we can provide the best data to support our chaplains in that effort.

“And we talk of Christ, we rejoice in Christ, we preach of Christ, we prophesy of Christ, and we write according to our prophecies, that our children may know to what source they may look for a remission of their sins.” The Book of Mormon, 2 Nephi 25: 26
Can anyone tell me why The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints was left out of the list of Christian churches?

Hey @benshapiro a question. If I said that the Talmud was "demonic" and that I wished I could burn every Talmud in the world, I imagine that would not be regarded as fair criticism of the Jewish faith in your opinion and would be regarded as bigoted, correct? So why is it okay for Matt Fradd to say that about the Book of Mormon? If I shared anti-Semitic materials, by known anti-Semites that deliberately mischaracterized and slandered the Jewish faith on a podcast and represented those views as accurate, that would be wrong, right? Well, your boy Matt Fradd just did that on his podcast, sharing a widely discredited cartoon from the anti-Mormon movie, The Godmakers, that claims to accurately represent LDS theology. You have a real problem at the DW. What are you going to do about it?

I continue to believe that there should be more investigation into the leftist militant groups in Utah, especially any of the people who posted about Charlie’s murder before it happened. I also have a very hard time believing that his tranny boyfriend had no foreknowledge of the attack at all. But Tyler Robinson’s own guilt is beyond doubt. All of the evidence, literally all of it, points to him. And that’s to say nothing of the fact that the guy confessed multiple times to multiple people, and was turned in by his parents who, you’ll notice, have not made any attempt to publicly or privately deny their son’s guilt. That’s because he’s guilty as sin. And if he somehow gets let off the hook by a deluded and confused jury, it will be one of the worst miscarriages of justice in the history of our country.
