At some point during the second threesome, the guy from the first threesome who she liked the most and had the easiest case for having consent, woke up and asked to turn it into a foursome She said, to this guy, who she had sex with just earlier, “hell no” because she knew that meant anal and she didn’t want anal And you know what happened? This guy who already had consent for the first threesome respected that she revoked her consent, and did not join in and make it a foursome He later joined in the third threesome but not a foursome she explicitly verbalized not being interested in That means even when she revoked consent mid-orgy he respected the consent revocation Like You’re not going to make a case he broke the laws The pushy guy she rejected when he tried making out with her? He left without having sex with her In terms of autistically following the laws these guys did at a technical level follow the laws over and over Is it possible that the third threesome of the night, the details of which she can’t remember, that they broke from this pattern they followed all night of respecting her consent to add guy number 4 into the mix? Anything is possible Can’t be proven because she can’t remember Not unconscious, not “I didn’t consent”, literally she does not remember because of the drugs she chose to do So in the absence of her memory, do we believe they followed the pattern they’d followed all night, even the guy who had consent then had it revoked, even when the pushiest and most boarish guy in the group respected when she rejected him Or do we believe they suddenly and randomly broke from their pattern of behavior, with no evidence
Let me go ahead and take one final stab at explaining what happened at Cornell because with all the numbers it can get confusing Here’s all the men and their role in this: - male number 1 is the guy she was into who she went to see after choosing to pregame and get drunk. They met up at his frat house. After the whole encounter she texted him trying to make plans to hook up again but just the two of them this time. There’s no way to assume anything other than consent here. He was in the first and third threesome - male number 2 is the guy 1 proposed having a threesome with after she arrived. She told the police this idea excited her because she thought they might both be gay for eachother. She agreed enthusiastically. Her claimed intoxication level at this point is a few beers. We have to reasonably assume consent here especially given NY’s laws on this. He was in the first and second threesome - male number 3 is who’s room that 80% of the story went down in. He participated in the second threesome with male number 2 in his room, after 1 passed out. He asked to come into the room and she agreed because it was his room. She was on some ketamine at this point but agreed to it. Second threesome consensual - male number 4 is who you can make the best case committed rape. Not a good case, just better than the rest against whom you cannot make a case. At some point one of them texted the Snapchat “free pussy” and four guys came in, 4, 5, 6, 7. She hid under the covers because she became uncomfortable. When they came in 2 offered her more ketamine and she agreed because she’d already done it earlier so “why not”. She did the ketamine off 2’s erect dick in front of all of them. 4 suggested she let everyone do ketamine off her naked body. She said “sure”. After all this insanity, at some point 3 tried to kick everyone out his room. 5 or 6 (they have the same first name so it’s unclear which she meant) told her she can sit down as long as she needed to because she got dizzy from her medical condition and the ketamine but eventually 3 kicked them out and got his room back. 4 then went upstairs with 1 and her and they had the third threesome. She can’t remember how that happened. She doesn’t claim she was unconscious. She doesn’t claim she said no. She can’t remember. - Male number 5 and 6 were literally just in the room from when they got the snap to when they all got kicked out by 3. It’s unclear if they did drugs off her body but she consented to everyone doing it so it wouldn’t matter. Nothing else happened - Male number 7 tried to kiss her and said some rude things to her as soon as he walked into the room after the snap went out. She immediately shut it down. He never had sex with her. She didn’t want to have sex with him and even at this stage of intoxication was able to indicate she wasn’t interested and it was respected. Here’s all the threesomes and their context: First: 1 & 2, the least debatable and most defensible. She wanted it and said so and joked and chose it. 1 eventually passes out from drinking too much Second: 2 & 3 after 1 passes out, she fools around with 2 for a bit before 3 comes into his room and she lets him join and it’s all consensual. 1 wakes up part way through and asks to join and make it a foursome. She says “hell no” because she knew that meant anal and she didn’t want anal. So 1 didn’t join and no one had anal with her. Her boundary was stated and respected. Third: after everyone is kicked out of 3s room, 1 & 4 go into another room with her. She chooses this and still wants 1 alone, 1 on 1. But 4 is there for some reason too. She has no memory of what happened, but they had the threesome. The day after she texts 1 again trying to hook up alone with him so we can assume she consented with 1. 4 is a question mark but she doesn’t remember enough to say she didn’t consent because the ketamine she took voluntarily scrambled her memory nytimes.com/interactive/2026…

The Cornell response to the raping of a female student is how we end up with Trumps, Epsteins, and Kavanaughs. I said what I said.

Ossoff: Aboard the USS Abraham Lincoln, they've now been at sea for 240-plus days without a port call. It’s a Navy record. And still they serve with excellence. God bless the sailors, Marines, aviators, and all aboard the United States Ship Abraham Lincoln. See, they don't expect luxury. They'll endure hardship. But they deserve competent leaders who send them into combat only when necessary and with decisive clarity of purpose, not fools who lie about the purpose and progress of war. And while the sailors on the Lincoln fight his war, while he fruitlessly drains our munitions and oil reserves, the president sleeps through his meetings. He golfs and trades stocks.

Received a message from a Mom whose son is aboard the USS Abraham Lincoln. Copied and pasted below. BLUF: She ain't happy, and I agree: My SON is aboard the Lincoln and to see people say “it’s what they sign up for” is bullshit. These sailors and Marines know EXACTLY what they sign up for. That’s not what’s in QUESTION. What is in QUESTION are the conditions they continue to LIVE IN. My son has has done 3 deployments with the CAG attached to the Lincoln. Back to back to back with MINIMAL down time. If you haven’t been deployed on a ship - then STFU. Those who have, you KNOW how shitty it can be, but STRAIGHT sea time of over 250 days is bullshit. A carrier that should be dry docked for maintenance, still at sea. No means to an end to this deployment. I’ve seen the pics of what they’re feeding the sailors and marines. I KNOW the many care packages I’ve sent my son because they have no basic needs on the ship to give. I think the American people ought to be ashamed of themselves in the comments that I’ve been reading in regards to this. This is absolutely disgusting and disheartening. But this is the American 🇺🇸 way. IF IT DOESN’T AFFECT SOMEONE PERSONALLY, then who gives a shit, RIGHT????? (Insert everyone’s OPINION) I’ve deployed plenty and I’ve never endured the conditions that my son is enduring at this moment. It’s BULLSHIT. I’m not entertaining or going back and forth with ANYONE in regards to this. I’m standing my ground with how I feel about this and it’s not up for debate, from me. I know what I know from what my son is EXPERIENCING. He’s strong ASF mentally, but EVERYONE can have a breaking point. The current administration/SECDEF should be ashamed of how they’re leaving their military in the state it is. All the ships in that region, but they don’t give a shit. Just bring them home and don’t start a war when many of your fleet carries are dry docked and down for maintenance.

EXCLUSIVE: The wife of a service member onboard the USS Abraham Lincoln tells me that this is the "worst deployment" he has ever experienced in 20+ years of service. "They are exhausted . . . and they desperately need help." Sailors are urging the public to share their story.

The Trump Admin must explain what they are doing to support sailors on the USS Abraham Lincoln who have been continuously at sea for nearly 7 months. Widespread reports of supply shortages, plumbing issues, deteriorating mental health & more demand immediate attention.

The Department of the Navy must allow a bipartisan Congressional Delegation to visit the USS Lincoln to conduct oversight investigation into this horrible situation. CODELs have visited war zones to inspect the conditions of our troops. There is no reason to be denied access.

I understand that this is the official photo that was put out to media and that’s why it’s being used, but This man was a SGT. He had promoted 4 times since this photo was taken. He had learned a job. He was a Noncommissioned Officer in charge of Soldiers. He had a family. RIP SGT Swinton. My prayers are going out to your family, friends, and unit.

Alf-Inge Haaland on speaking to Erling Haaland after Norway’s World Cup elimination to England. 🗣️ “I walked into the dressing room and saw my son sitting there in complete silence, tears streaming down his face. He tried so hard to hide them, but he couldn’t. His heart was shattered. I put my hand on his shoulder, looked him in the eyes and said, ‘Erling, don’t you dare apologise. Don’t carry this pain alone. You gave your country every drop of your heart, every ounce of your strength, and every breath you had.’ Seeing your own son broken like that is one of the hardest things a father can experience.” ”‘People only celebrate the goals and the trophies. They never see the sacrifices, the endless pressure, the sleepless nights, the injuries, the doubts, and the emotional burden of carrying an entire nation’s dreams. Erling wasn’t crying because he lost a football match. He was crying because his dream of making millions of Norwegians proud had slipped through his fingers. Those weren’t tears of weakness they were tears of love, pride and heartbreak.” “I told him, ‘Lift your head, son. There is no shame in crying after giving absolutely everything. Real warriors cry because they care. Real leaders cry because they feel the pain of letting people down, even when they haven’t. Never let anyone tell you those tears make you weak they prove how much this country means to you.’” “And to the people already searching for someone to blame… shame on you. Before you criticise these players, remember the joy they gave this nation. Remember how they made children dream again. Don’t destroy them in one night because football can be cruel. Every player in that dressing room is hurting far more than any supporter watching from the stands.” “As his father, I couldn’t have been prouder tonight if he had scored a hat-trick and lifted the World Cup. I didn’t see a global superstar—I saw my little boy wearing Norway’s shirt, refusing to give up until the very last second. That’s what filled my heart with pride. Medals and trophies fade with time, but courage, sacrifice and love for your country stay with you forever.” “These tears will never define Erling Haaland. They will shape him. One day, when people look back on his career, they won’t remember him crying—they’ll remember the man who stood back up after the deepest heartbreak and fought even harder. Tonight, Norway lost a football match, but they gained something even greater: a generation inspired by players who gave everything for the badge. Sometimes football breaks your heart… but it’s that heartbreak that creates legends.”

June 28, 2005 Operation Red Wings Today we remember the 19 American heroes who gave their lives. After their reconnaissance team was compromised in the mountains of Afghanistan, four Navy SEALs fought against overwhelming Taliban forces. LT Michael Murphy knowingly exposed himself to enemy fire to call for help, sacrificing his life in an act of extraordinary valor that earned him the MOH. The rescue operation, which included 8 Navy SEALs and 8 U.S. Army 160th SOAR Night Stalkers, launched immediately, but their Chinook helicopter was struck by an RPG, killing all 16 aboard. Their courage, and selflessness will never be forgotten. Never forget Operation Red Wings.

The new Colin Albert narrative: “He’s hiding. His family sent him away to avoid a deposition.” Are you all okay? Colin Albert testified under oath in a state murder trial AND appeared before two grand juries—one federal and one state. Right @adamdeitch ? He remained in Massachusetts for years after John O’Keefe’s death. He never disappeared. He never left. In fact, he was forced to leave college while playing football because an unhinged blogger and his mob targeted and threatened his school and team. Three years later, he enlisted in the military to serve his country and start a new chapter after an obsessive mob helped destroy everything he had worked for. And here’s the part you lunatics are conveniently ignoring: Colin Albert already sat for a deposition in the O’Keefe family’s wrongful death lawsuit against Karen Read. Everyone showed up. Well, almost everyone. Karen Read and her lawyers didn’t. So don’t get it twisted. Colin Albert isn’t the one avoiding anything.
