A man does what he believes is best for himself. He may be wrong. He may suffer for it. He may hurt those he loves. But he knows the old ways, and there is comfort in knowing them. Even when they bring him nothing but pain.

People learn how to survive. They learn when to fight, when to run, when to lie, and when to keep quiet. Years pass. The danger goes away. But they go on doing the same things. What once saved them begins to ruin them.

Be so very careful with your mind. The outrage mchine is in full affect. Make your own choices and decide for yourself. When you see something you don't like in the world – it isn't for you and you can walk away. You don't get to choose for everyone else.

GM ☕️ Happy Sunday to your dark meditations.
