ALT Law’s a Drag Forum Theatre workshop: call for participants for a short questionnaire School of Law, University of Leeds The questionnaire closes 1st February We’re asking drag artists to share their experiences and concerns about being involved with academic research. Artists’ responses to this survey will help us to draft a script for a “forum theatre” performance, where social issues are explored on stage during an initial performance, before members of the audience are invited to join during repeated performances to show how they would resolve conflicts and respond to injustices. We are asking these questions so that we can a) explore forum theatre as a research method, and b) explore the sorts of ethical and practical issues artists may be worried about when working with academics.
