I said the same thing on my IG on Oscars night about influencers/creators as red carpet hosts. I have made similar observations at previous industry events and even conventions. variety.com/2026/film/column… – at Los Angeles, CA

Alysa Liu is so comfortable with this jump layout and program I just knew she wouldn't miss: 3F, 3Lz+3T, 3S, 3Lo, 3Lz+2A+2T, 3F+2T, 2A. Consistency wins medals! #Olympics2026 #MilanoCortinaOlympics2026 #iceskating

No one in the penultimate group was able to top Amber Glenn's dynamic free skate, so she is guaranteed at least a top 7 finish. Congrats Amber! Also congrats to Team USA hockey. #Olympics2026 #MilanoCortinaOlympics2026 #iceskating

A great skate from Amber Glenn. Her consistency on the 3A is remarkable. 3A nailed it, 3F+3T, 3Lz+2T, 3S, flying site, 3Lo+2A+2A, 3F, 3Lo hand down (it looked like she rushed the running threes into the entry). She should be very proud. Redemption! #MilanoCortinaOlympics2026

Japan's last Olympic gold in women's figure skating was Shizuka Arakawa in Torino 2006. Will history repeat itself in Italy 20 years later with Ami Nakai, Kaori Sakamoto and Mone Chiba? Not only may one of them win, but there's a real possibility Japan may sweep the podium.
