Proud to share our work on a new Physical Activity questionnaire based on the COM-B model at the @basesuk conference this week. It started some exciting conversations and looking forward to future work and partnerships! #BASESCON23 #BehaviourChange – at Coventry, England

Thinking about a career change after that talk today by @SteveBackshall at @CanterburyCCUni Even though I have a different career focus and area of research, I’ve always had an interest in wildlife, conservation and travelling! What a great talk!

In 2020, leading a sedentary lifestyle was linked to around 70,000 deaths per year in the UK. To put that into perspective there were 78,000 smoking related deaths. So let's go to war on the armchair, move and be active. Powered by @ActiveNationUK

What a game! And what a comeback… really enjoying Wimbledon this year 🎾 #Norrie #Wimbledon
He's done it! 🙌👏 Cameron Norrie becomes the first British men's semi-finalist since Andy Murray in 2016. #BBCTennis #Wimbledon

Still can’t quite believe this…such sad news.
We were saddened to hear of the passing of colleague David McLean. David completed our Couch to 5k programme and was a key member of Christ Church Runners, taking part in UniRun events and the Vice-Chancellor's Challenge. Our thoughts are with his family at this difficult time.

Copenhagen where ~50% of daily commutes and school runs are done by bike. This is the kind of parking problem we need! @activetraveleng @Sport_England
