the biggest PSYOPS and LIES in B2B cold outbound right now...
1. "personalise every message." two to four minutes a prospect caps you at 160 sends a day.
2. "send less, target better." usually said by people who cannot send more lol.
3. "cold email is dead." paired with linkedin, it works wonders.
4. "you need a bigger sdr team." three sdrs cost $200k a year to do what a model does for a fraction of a cent.
5. "your list is fine, fix the copy." same message, two lists, triple the reply rate.
6. "connection requests are how you grow." they cap you at 100 a week. we send 96% of our volume through open profiles.
7. "more meetings means more revenue." not if leads sit in your inbox for two days.
Do it because they said you couldn’t.
A lot of the times every single individual who tells you “you can’t do it” is miserable and projecting their shit life on you.
Truthfully they’re jealous that you have such a great idea to the point they don’t want you to succeed.
I believe it’s BULLSHIT.
Do what you want.
Life’s a gift, don’t waste it like they did theirs.
It’s often not even hard.
You just have to continue to try for a little bit.
When you believe it’s “hard” truthfully it’s just consistency.
Showing up alone will put you ahead of all the NPCs around you.
Think about it. If you show up every single day for 30 days straight, you’ll sweep the floor and beat everyone.
Don’t be like the rest and overcomplicate it.
Just show up.
Don’t sleep on a dream that visits you daily.
There’s a reason that dream or idea constantly shows up in your life.
It’s meant to take you somewhere greater.
People around you might say “it won’t work”, “your dreams are stupid”, etc.
Don’t let those people shut your dreams down.
Take it from a guy who was once told he’s a failure, that he wouldn’t succeed, that he’s delusional and stupid for thinking his dreams would ever work.
Now Im the guy who scales info businesses, builds amazing client relationships, and those same people who doubted me now ask me for advice on how they can do it too.
People only care once you’ve made it.
And even then they still might try to shut you down.
Though if that dream constantly shows up in your life, GO FOR IT.
It’s YOUR life, YOUR passion, YOUR dreams.
Behind my obsession of making money and chasing success there was a kid who watched other kids having what he dreamed about.
I’m going to be real with you.
low sales call conversions aren't always a sales problem.
your VSL could be the issue.
most people write VSLs to impress.
to sound good. to look credible.
but the real job of a VSL is to answer every objection or question your customer reasonably has before making a purchasing decision.
because when they hop on a sales call still full of questions, you spend the whole call dumping information on them.
then they say "let me think about it."
you book a second call.
they don't show up.
but when your VSL does its job right, the sales call changes completely.
you're not selling them anymore.
you're simply helping them make a decision they're already leaning towards.
that's the difference between dragging people to a second call and closing on the first.
Make money.
Stay disciplined.
keep your circle small.
Stay away from fake people.
Talk less.
Trust yourself.
Win in private.
Love in private.
Be happy in private.
Because what people don’t
know, they can’t ruin.
If you’re selling Info/Coaching, it’s best if you record your sales calls. why?
It’s a source of market research. It captures the exact psychology and language of your target audience instead of just air balling it. Reviewing these conversations allows you to extract your customer’s way of talking, deep-seated frustrations, and common objections they show in real time.
Applying this data you’ve collected, you can write highly resonant copy, design a content strategy that crushes objections, and refine your coaching program to perfectly meet market demand.
If you’re selling Info/Coaching make sure your offer is on point, you can have the best copy, best VSL, best Sales page, best everything in general but if your offer isn’t good you’ll be leaking endless money, I recommend reading Alex Hormozi’s $100M Offers, it give a good understanding on how to craft an amazing offer.
The ability to change your life is simply in your hands. You’re the only one who can figure it out and you’re the only one who could fuck it up.
Most info creators have an email list.
But their list is burning them money.
“LITERALLY”
Now there can be many reasons for this:
- They’re treating their subscribers like ghosts.
- No personality
- No stories
- No real connection
Just tips you can find on the back of a cereal box.
Now this is what actually converts:
1. Write like you’re texting a friend but drop the corporate tone. Be casual. People buy from people they feel they know.
2. Share the raw uncomfortable truth. Your audience can smell the generic bs advice you give. Tell them what nobody else WON’T. That’s what builds trust.
3. Make one ask per email. Stop cramming 3 CTAs in one email. One email. One goal. One ask. Simple as that and watch your clicks triple.
Majority people overcomplicate email.
It’s just a conversation with someone who asked to hear from you.
Treat it like one.
