In the SHAPE randomized trial in patients with low-risk cervical cancer, simple hysterectomy was not inferior to radical hysterectomy with respect to 3-year pelvic recurrence & was associated with a lower risk of urologic complications. Full trial results: nej.md/4bQqME5

Pourquoi est-ce impossible d'avoir un PAP test *gratuit* à Montréal si ton médecin de famille n'en fait pas et que tu n'as pas de gynéco? C'est un test de base, que TOUTES LES FEMMES doivent passer aux 2 à 3 ans selon les profils. 120-160$ pour un test sur clicsante @cdube_sante
