Improving the accuracy will always be the primary focus, but we've also spent a great deal of time improving the automation of the analysis, as well as the seamless integration/usability of the system output to OpenSim. #digitaltwin #humanperformance #basketball

Not only does this allow us to model highly nonlinear viscoelastic materials, but we can determine damage parameters from experimental tests of viscoelastic materials when it's difficult to distinguish between viscoelasticity and damage.

We're currently developing a probabilistic material model for the annulus fibrosus that will supplement the I-PREDICT Full Human Body Model. Manuscript to follow!
Set up our Markerless Biomechanics System at the University of Kansas for some basketball mechanics research. Looking forward to sharing some results! #digitaltwin #AI #humanperformance #basketball
