🚨 GOVERNOR GINA HINOJOSA GIVES ELON MUSK UNTIL DECEMBER TO PAY ALL OUTSTANDING TAXES OWED IN TEXAS OR FACE SERIOUS LEGAL CONSEQUENCES.
Texas Governor-elect Gina Hinojosa has reportedly issued a December deadline to Elon Musk, demanding that Tesla and his other companies operating in Texas fully comply with applicable state tax obligations or face potential legal and regulatory action.
The development could open another major political confrontation between the Democrats and Republicans, particularly as Donald Trump and several Republican allies have maintained close political ties with Elon Musk.
Hinojosa, a Democrat, is making it clear that her incoming administration will not give special treatment to billionaires or major corporations. She reportedly wants Tesla and other Musk-owned businesses to meet their tax responsibilities rather than benefit from political connections.
The situation could further intensify the growing divide between Democrats and Republicans, with Trump’s relationship with Musk potentially becoming another talking point in the battle over corporate taxation, economic policy and political influence in Texas.
The controversy also raises questions about the future of Tesla’s operations in Texas, considering the company’s significant manufacturing presence in the state. Any proposed changes to corporate taxation could have implications for Tesla’s business plans, investment decisions and relationship with the incoming Democratic administration.
Meanwhile, Republicans close to Donald Trump could find themselves under pressure to respond, especially given Musk’s public support for Trump and his involvement in Republican political circles. Democrats, on the other hand, could use the controversy to reignite discussions about billionaire wealth, corporate accountability and whether major companies should receive preferential treatment.
With December approaching, all eyes would be on Elon Musk, Tesla, Donald Trump and the Republican leadership to see how they respond to the proposed ultimatum.

BREAKING: “YOU'RE NOT HIS LAWYER!” Democrat Robert Garcia RIPS Trump's Attorney General Todd Blanche for offering Stephen Miller the entire Justice Department as his personal legal defense team!
Rep. Robert Garcia fired back at Blanche's astonishing declaration that he and the entire Justice Department would serve as Stephen Miller's lawyers when Democrats begin investigating the incoming White House chief of staff.
““Todd Blanche is not Stephen Miller's lawyer. He's not the lawyer of the president,” Garcia told MS NOW. “At the end of the day, he's the lawyer for the Department of Justice and the people of this country.”
Blanche had rushed to Miller's defense on Laura Ingraham's Fox News show after Garcia warned the architect of Trump's brutal immigration crackdown that he should “lawyer up.”
“Stephen Miller has a lawyer. It's me. It's me and the entire Department of Justice,” Blanche declared.
And Garcia has another bone to pick with Trump's attorney general.
He accused Blanche of lacking the courage to appear before the Oversight Committee, despite months of requests and assurances from Republican Chairman James Comer that he would testify.
“What is Todd Blanche afraid of?” Garcia demanded, accusing him of helping lead a White House cover-up involving the Jeffrey Epstein files and abandoning survivors seeking justice.
“He doesn't want to answer questions because he's scared to,” Garcia said.
The confrontation comes as Democrats prepare to take control of Congress in January and launch investigations into Miller's conduct and the administration's immigration enforcement operations.
Blanche may think he can put the entire Justice Department at Miller's disposal, but Garcia has made it clear that the incoming Democratic majority intends to hold both men accountable.
And unlike the Republican-led oversight committees in Congress, Democrats aren't going to be satisfied with Blanche's deflection and excuses.
Time for leadership, Democrats!

Dear America,
If you wanted someone to insult people, you should have hired Don Rickles.
If you wanted someone to build ballrooms and statues, you should have hired a construction company.
If you wanted someone to threaten journalists and companies, you should have moved to Putin’s Russia.
If you wanted a pervert who partied with Jeffrey Epstein, you should have hired a registered sex offender.
If you wanted someone to call other countries “shitholes,” you should have hired a Neo-Nazi.
If you wanted someone to sell pardons and crypto coins, you should have hired a carnival hustler.
If you wanted someone to sleep on the job... well, that’s an insane waste of money. Why would you pay someone who sleeps on the job?
In fact, why would you hire ANY of these unfit bozos?
You live in the United States.
We elect Presidents here.
Presidents are supposed to be the best of us. They should make us aspire to greatness, not give us permission to be our WORST.

Let this sink in: ICE agents reportedly blocked the emergency entrance of a Los Angeles hospital for TWO HOURS, forcing ambulances carrying people who needed emergency care to go elsewhere.
This isn’t law enforcement. This is a reckless abuse of power that put innocent people’s lives at risk.
An ambulance entrance is not a political battleground. A hospital emergency room is not an immigration checkpoint.
And federal agents do not get to hold an entire community’s access to emergency medical care hostage.
Imagine being in an ambulance, fighting for your life, only to be diverted because federal agents decided their operation mattered more than emergency access.
Where is the humanity? Where is the accountability? And where is the line that these agents are no longer allowed to cross?
You cannot claim to be protecting America while putting Americans’ lives in danger.
This isn’t making America great. It’s making America cruel. And anyone defending this should be ashamed.

You know what we would love to see? Senators Abdul El-Sayed and Annie Andrews absolutely GRILLING Health Secretary RFK Jr. during an official Senate Hearing.
Once they're sworn in in January, the real fun begins...
El-Sayed is an MD, has a doctorate in public health, and was an assistant professor of epidemiology at Columbia. Andrews was a pediatric hospitalist and a professor of pediatric medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina.
RFK is an unqualified quack who has overseen the total collapse of public health in this country, perhaps most notably with the anti-vaxxer wave that he helped popularize and the subsequent measles outbreak he failed to contain.
Andrews has already vowed to "lead the charge to impeach and remove RFK Jr." and she has good reason to want him gone. Her home state of South Carolina was hit especially hard by measles, with nearly 1,000 documented cases that resulted from parents failing to vaccinate their children.
Imagine the finely-tuned, expert questions that these two would be able to hammer him with. At every turn, Kennedy's profound ignorance and negligence would be put on display. Picture him spluttering and growing redder as his humiliation mounts. It's exactly what this monster deserves.
Democrats, make it happen!
Please ❤️ and share if you'd LOVE to see this happen!
