So many ask about my energy and yet I continue to explain when you have things “simple” and don’t have “stress in your chest” you’re able to move fast and with a lot of “energy”
People thing “things” and “stuff” and “status” is what they should be achieving and striving for .., I think that’s fine but I believe having self awareness of what actually brings you joy and what you want to be doing and the energy gained from positive impact on others is the North Star ⭐️
