Care to learn more about kinases and their social networks? We do too! We developed a new method, kiCCA, to study kinase protein-protein interactions (PPIs) in native cell or tissue lysates with chemoproteomics. Out today @MolecularCell

So excited to share our new preprint! We developed a new approach to study kinase protein-protein interactions (PPIs) in native lysates using kinobeads. PPIs are key to cellular activity but classical AP-MS w/ tagged baits only monitor one bait at a time. biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/…

Excited to share about our latest tool called ELTA to investigate PARP biology @UMontreal on Monday. ELTA means “to chase” in Old Norse language - it is our hope that everyone inside or outside the field can now study this therapeutically important protein modification easily.
