On August 2 in Raymond Terrace, NSW, police allege Kylee Robinson, 52, found a man in the shed of her cottage, struck him with a baseball bat, chained and padlocked him by the neck, and — with her partner, former soldier Guy Westgate — forced him to a homeless camp at Boomerang Park to recover property she believed had already been stolen. She is also accused of hitting two other men with the bat and smashing a car windscreen. A 44-year-old was treated for facial injuries. Robinson was charged with kidnapping, assault occasioning actual bodily harm, and being armed with intent to commit an offence. Bail was refused. After 18 nights in custody she was released on conditions that ban her from within 100 km of HER OWN house, order her to live more than 360 km away, cut off contact with her partner, and impose a night curfew. Neither has entered a plea. Reporting still does not show charges against the men she confronted. In Australia, the homeowner became the defendant.
