This is something you don't see everyday on this app. Well done @LWillson_82 and @BobIrvingCJOB for having the conversation. More of this could go a long way to understanding each other couldn't it? Great stuff.

Not sure if anyone cares what I say....but in my 30-plus years covering the @CFL no one had more class than @BobIrvingCJOB He always had time for me. Glad you posted this @LWillson_82

Enjoy it while it lasts. The #Bombers' Trey Vaval has 13 more games to work with before he loses one-third of his job as a returner: winnipegsun.com/sports/winni…

Rumblings of back-channel comms between the offices of Prime Minister @MarkJCarney and Leader of His Majesty's Loyal Opposition @PierrePoilievre on a possible bi-partisan "Joint Statement on the Future of Canadian Football" rejecting Stewart Johnston's proposed tiny field....

I remember this great moment well like it was yesterday. Was listening to it in real time on the radio. I remember thinking @BobIrvingCJOB Irving was one of the best play callers I ever heard - up there with Danny Gallivan, Vin Scully, Keith Jackson, Dave VanHorne & Tom Cheek

What a beautiful, only-in-Canada play! One of those plays that set apart our special CFL game. Too bad if Commissioner Stewart Johnston has his way it will never ever happen again after 2026! Never again! But it's not too late! StewJo's horrendous rule changes can be rescinded!

This play is NOT approved by Stewart Johnston 🙅🏼♂️
Tyreik McAllister (@TyreikTm3) flips momentum with a massive missed field goal return to end the half.

Now covered well over 500 @Wpg_BlueBombers games. This never gets old. Thanks to all who still consume our content. 👊👍

🧵: I debated posting this thread, but after a lot of reflection, I feel compelled to share. On Saturday afternoon, I was in the children's section of a local bookstore. Luckily, I was there. I noticed an older man talking to a young female employee at the front desk. 1/10 – at Winnipeg, Manitoba

Scott Oake made hosting and interviewing look easy. Trust me, it isn’t. Nobody does it better. And he does it with self-effacing humour. A rare skill. Congrats on a great career Scott and welcome to the best post-70 year old job in the world. Retirement.

Disappointed with result. But #NHLJets Connor Hellebuyck has ended all this “can’t win the big game” narrative.
He was the difference in the Team USA win.
