Congrats to @kylecarbs and the entire @coderhq team on Agent Relay - as @AnthropicAI has seen first-hand, you can now run a self-hosted execution environment for cloud coding agents, enabling running Claude Code inside Coder workspaces on the customer’s own infrastructure: network-governed, sandboxed, and fully auditable. This is huge for enterprise deployments!
Today, the @coderhq team announced an integration with @AnthropicAI (another Notable company!) to run Claude Code in self-hosted, governed infrastructure.
From Anthropic's Head of Claude Code, Cat Wu: "The teams that care most about running Claude Code on their own infrastructure tend to be the ones with the most rigorous environmental isolation requirements. Coder has built a strong reputation serving those teams, and Agent Relay gives them a straightforward way to bring Claude Code into environments they already control.”

The $106K “bailout,” explained.
What we bought, why our bot kept quoting, and what Kalshi unwound.
With trade data, MM theory, and some customer reviews.

Update: Kalshi has canceled the trades and compensated us for this loss as a long, glorious list of $1000 credits
screen kept garbling my sessions and tmux felt like too much. So I built boo, a screen-style multiplexer on @mitchellh's libghostty.
Sessions survive disconnects, a TUI to hop between them, and agents keep running when you close the terminal.

We launched Uncork's new brand yesterday and two of the core tenets are investing before it's obvious and sticking around for the long-term. I like to think we do that with every portfolio company but Coder's journey exemplifies that even more than most.
We are the only VC to have invested in every single round - long before it was obvious, through the messy middle, and after it began to inflect. This is what we do and I couldn't be prouder to be an ongoing part of their eight year overnight success story. Onwards! 🚀
We're excited to announce a $90M Series C led by @KKR_Co with participation from QRT, @uncorkcap and other existing investors! Learn more: cdr.co/coder-series-c

The team at @Coderhq has built something rare: infrastructure that developers actually love, that enterprises actually trust, and that is becoming more essential every minute as AI reshapes how software gets built.
Proud to have backed @ammar_io & @kylecarbs at Series A and to help bring in @rwhiteley0 as CEO in 2024. Congrats on the $90M Series C!

I'm working on an extremely fast GitHub pull request review UI.
AI has made code production so much nicer, but reviewing code in GitHub's UI has remained painfully slow (especially for large diffs).
It's completely free, soon to be open-source, and all requests come from your client -- no server holds your GitHub credentials.

working on improving the perf now
Oh wow, an xterm.js-compatible libghostty-powered terminal for the browser via a zero dep 400KB wasm blob. Looks like early work is focusing on compatible, but curious what performance looks like given we haven't tried to optimize that at all for wasm. github.com/coder/ghostty-web
i've been outsourcing my intelligence to anthropic for a while now.

company idea: a service that accepts arbitrary feedback from AI agents for any given product and aggregates it.
e.g. "Does Slack have this feature in their API?"
> Nope, but I've let them know you have interest!
