I watched a buddy of mine go from $30K/mo to $600K/mo in just 6 months. But the way he grew that makes 0 sense to me. Francisco, founder of Nurse Babes. Sells orthopedic sneakers to nurses. Now pulling $5M+ annually with 565,000+ customers. He started as a dropshipper, literally. Tested different products, found one that clicked with nurses, and went all in on building a real brand around it. We have a shared Slack and talk every couple of weeks. TxtCart's been with him since the beginning, powering his cart recovery and campaigns. I've watched the whole thing unfold. Through our platform alone, he's recovered $141K with a 13.9x ROI and 30% recovery rates. And honestly? The way he runs it drives me insane. He's very laissez-faire and hands-off. Brought on an agency and gave them total ownership. Hires someone for ops, doesn't hover at all. Almost to a detriment in my opinion, but it works for him. Most founders at his stage are buried in the details, they: - Test everything - Review every metric - Manage every piece of the business themselves Francisco's in Puerto Rico running a $5M+ brand without losing his mind over any of it. I'm not saying his approach is the blueprint for everyone. It's probably not. But watching someone scale like that while staying this detached from the day-to-day is wild. Most founders would've burned out or imploded by now. He just keeps winning.

Custom & Enterprise deal volume at @TxtCart hasn't slowed down heading into October. Lots of larger Shopify brands making moves ahead of BFCM. If you're looking to scale SMS for Q4, hit me up. We're offering some of the best SMS rates out there for high-volume senders. LFG.

Another whale just landed at @TxtCart. Right before Q4. The brands coming to us now look very different than they did 12 months ago. Bigger lists, bigger sends, bigger expectations. We built for this.

We won't build email. We partner with specialists who already do it well, starting with Seguno. Postscript's own words: "expertise and resources focus solely on SMS, and always will." This past week they launched email. We're doing the opposite. Partnering with specialists like Seguno instead of building our own. Specialization isn't something you graduate out of. It's a bet you keep making or you don't.
New in our partner ecosystem: @SegunoSoftware, Shopify native email, popups, and forms. Signups sync straight into TxtCart through Shopify, no exporting lists. Postscript built email in house this week. We're building a network of specialists instead. Learn More: seg.uno/txtcart

Our product velocity right now is probably the highest it's ever been. The fun part is a lot of these releases are starting to compound on each other. Shopify tags + Flows + localization + better segmentation creates way more possibilities than any of those features would on their own. And we're not slowing down before BFCM.
Flows just got a whole lot more powerful. Just shipped: β†’ Shopify Customer Tags can trigger Flows β†’ Add/remove Shopify tags directly from Flows β†’ Localized messages inside a single Flow β†’ Country-based triggers + decision nodes β†’ Product Type + Product Tag targeting β†’ Smarter UTM tracking β†’ Campaign scheduling just 30 mins ahead β†’ Up to 300% faster load times Plus a handful of fixes and improvements across Campaigns, AI Agent and Conversations. Full changelog ↓

Early TxtCart checkout recovery test: Conversational: $20.18 revenue/text. Discount + link: $9.20 revenue/text. 2.2x the revenue per send. 29.8% vs. 16.1% conversion. The opener? β€œWant me to see if I can get you a discount?” Give customers a reason to reply.

Pumped to have Belver on board. Brands put a ton of work into their site and customer experience. Their SMS should feel like an extension of that, not a completely different company texting you.
New partnership: TxtCart Γ— Belver 🀝 Belver is an independent creative studio in Australia, working across branding, design, websites and marketing communications. They build the brand and the experience on site. TxtCart carries it into two-way SMS. Our AI Agent answers shopper questions, recovers carts and helps close sales over text while staying consistent with the brand Belver has built. Same voice. New channel. More revenue. πŸ‘‰ belver.com.au/
