We've been quietly building something for a while and I finally get to show it.
It's called @Kydanet. You make an AI agent, and instead of living in a chat box it gets its own computer. A real Linux machine where it can open a browser, run code and keep files. It also gets its own email address, it can message people and post, and it has a little face that shows you what it's up to.
So you can tell it "find me the best noise cancelling headphones under $200" or "sort my inbox before I wake up" and walk away. It does the work on its own machine. You decide what it's allowed to do on its own and what it has to ask you about first.
The part I care about most is that it acts for you but never as you. It can't send email from your address or post pretending to be you.
It's free to start, no card needed, and it works everywhere, not just in the US. We're letting people in slowly while we add more machines, so there's a waitlist. Link's in the reply.

opencode is just so fast, i love the cli, connected my kydanet agent to use opencode, i gave it a task went to shower came back and it is done, completely opened a pr and everything looks good.

funny part, my own agent broke the first time i switched it over. my zen balance was empty, so every paid model got turned away. i moved it to one of the free models and it just worked. so we fixed the rough edges this afternoon, zen’s free models now show up next to the paid ones, and the free option needs no key at all.

Maximo AI was down for about five hours today, and it took Coding Plan requests on MyTabulon down with it.
It wasn’t the models or a traffic spike. A server ran out of disk space. We shipped a lot of releases over the last two weeks, old builds piled up, and early this morning the database had nowhere left to write.
That one’s on me.
Everything is back, and we’ve reset the 5-hour and weekly usage on every Coding Plan. Nobody should lose their limits to our downtime.
Sorry to everyone whose work stopped today.

Its crazy what is possible with AI, and with kydanet the agents gets everything it needs to do almost anything.
