I actually had it a last year and the exercise from this video helped (I think) youtu.be/IdDqdrGMFBw. I will do the same again. Basically the muscles getting stretched too much. I talked to a colleague yesterday, she had the same issue and she did the exercise helped as well.

Yeah the good old days when Twitter was not main stream. I am glad that that Tweetups happened, literally changed my life and met lots of cool kind people!

I have learnt that being connected to people all the time is not necessarily a good thing, especially when people voice their opinions without empathy — just because someone think they are right, doesn’t give them the right to offend other people.

I took a brief break from (most) social network early this year because it was taking a toll on my mental health. Since then I have quit some (social network) and muted some (people).

My hope for Twitter went from “Maybe the new Twitter will be good?” to “WTF is happening”. My take is: If twitter turns out to be okay, great I will hang around; if not, no big deal. Social network is a double edge sword anyway.
