3 sets bent over rows 25 lb dumbell 3 sets skull crushers 30lb bar 3 sets bench press 55lbs (shoulders were dead 😅) Hanging ab work knees to chest 30 reps. Captains chair leg raise 15 reps. Then I did a FitOn ab workout 🥵
