A quick development update 🛠️ Building a genuine on-chain peer-to-peer exchange is an ambitious road. When we first introduced ElectraDEX, our priority was absolute peer-to-peer integrity at the protocol layer. But relying solely on the OmniXEP full-node desktop wallet and waiting through full blockchain syncs naturally limited who could jump in and trade day-to-day. We've listened carefully to community feedback, and our core development focus is on solving this exact friction. Work is currently underway on the architecture for ElectraDEX v2. While there’s plenty of development and testing ahead before it's ready for prime time, here’s a look at the direction we’re building toward: ⚡ Lightweight Architecture & Web Access Eliminating the sync barrier. The target is an effortless light desktop application alongside a browser-based web version allowing traders to connect instantly without maintaining a heavy node. 🔑 Universal Wallet Import Zero fragmentation.
