No, I was lucky enough to sell. We primary sold cash deals, around $3-$4/watt plus the tax credit. The numbers still work in my area due to the expensive utility rates, but demand has dried up based on consumer perception. For the cash buyer it was around a 15-20% ROI when we sold.
