Just pushed a new Integrated Mekanism update that allows you to connect your network to Mekanism's QIO, so you can use it using mods such as Integrated Terminals and Tunnels. Release out now on @CurseForge for Minecraft 1.21.1.

The chests are also fully ready for Copper Golems. They sort items into any Colossal Chest just like a vanilla chest, and with a Golem Wall they can take items out as well.

Your FPS gets a boost too. Cable rendering got three fixes, from dropping capability lookups in light emission to skipping the block entity renderer entirely for plain cables. With 4096 cables in view, frame time went from ~100 ms to ~35 ms, so about 3x the FPS.
