Mom, look, photos I took are in Boston Globe! 😻
Thanks to @BostonGlobe for a recent interview highlighting the “Themes and Variations” tour, along with some backstory of how I ended up playing guitar next to legends like Slash.

Okay, nerd moment:
I haven’t been this hyped about a tech update in forever.
ChatGPT now has persistent memory.
It remembers you. Your chats. Across convos.
As someone who sees prompt engineering as the next step in tech writing, this is basically sci-fi becoming real.
I ran several tests and while the feature is enabled for me, #ChatGPT was not able to access any cross-chat information that's not explicitly present in "Memory". The "Memory" itself is being aggressively updated though. This is interesting and I keep observing and testing.

we have greatly improved memory in chatgpt--it can now reference all your past conversations!
this is a surprisingly great feature imo, and it points at something we are excited about: ai systems that get to know you over your life, and become extremely useful and personalized.
One of the best street musicians I've ever heard, the musical heart of the central part of Kyiv. Gone.
May you continue to play your violin wherever you are now, Pavlo.

The less you understand the craft, the more helpful it seems. Once you understand the principles of the craft, you can clearly see it is toxic brain poison that can take decades to unlearn.
Finally took the plunge.
Gemini Rising that I am, I'll be keeping both going.

Does speaking Russian equal being Russian? How does Russia weaponize the Russian language, and what are the consequences of russification?
Let's take a closer look.

My Mom's favorite website is throwing 502 error at her. Lord help me in trying to explain it to her that there is nothing she (or I) can do about it.
Not how I was planning to spend my Saturday afternoon.

На минулий день Незалежності, українці боялись, що буде масований ракетний удар чи взагалі ядерка. Цього року росіяни бояться, що в них прилетить святковий дрон. Все таки різниця є
Both pairs of headphones I used for calls&music on the go died on me this week (Sony wmx1000xm 4 - overhyped trash since day 1 & a pair of Marshalls that went through hell and high water with me, they're in Valhalla now). Finally got @Bose Quietcomfort® Earbuds II. And... WOW.
